Scope of Work
- The painting work will be carried out only as mentioned in the approved quotation/work order.
- Any additional work requested after project commencement will be charged separately.

Site Readiness
- The customer shall provide access to the work area during agreed working hours.
- Availability of electricity and water at the site shall be the customer's responsibility.

Materials
- All painting materials specified in the quotation will be supplied by the company.
- Any change in brand, color, finish, or specification requested by the customer may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms
- Advance payment is required before commencement of work.
- Stage-wise payments shall be made as per the agreed schedule.
- Final payment must be completed upon project completion and before handover.

Project Timeline
- Completion timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, site conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Delays caused by the customer will extend the completion period accordingly.

Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are requested to remove valuable items, furniture, electronics, and personal belongings from the work area.
- The company will take reasonable precautions but will not be responsible for damage to items not removed or protected by the customer.

Surface Conditions
- Existing cracks, dampness, seepage, structural defects, or hidden damages identified during work may require additional repair work at extra cost.
- Painting warranties do not cover defects arising from structural movement, water leakage, seepage, or external damages.

Color Selection
- Final color approval shall be provided by the customer before paint application.
- Minor shade variations may occur due to lighting conditions, surface texture, or batch differences and shall not be considered defects.

Warranty
- Warranty, if applicable, will be as mentioned in the quotation.
- Warranty covers only workmanship defects and does not cover damage caused by water leakage, seepage, structural cracks, accidents, misuse, or natural disasters.

Health & Safety
- The company will follow reasonable safety practices during execution.
- Customers are advised to keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the work area.

Cancellation Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable once materials have been procured and work has commenced.
- Cancellation after project initiation may attract charges for completed work and materials purchased.

Liability
- The company's liability shall be limited to the value of the painting contract.
- Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Acceptance of Work
- The project shall be deemed accepted if no written complaint is received within 7 days of completion.
- Any genuine workmanship issues reported within the warranty period will be inspected and addressed as per warranty terms.

Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
